Points Systems,Thanks Button and MORE!..

Today, I have added a points system and a rep++ system and a thanks Button.

Point System:

Each messages or replys or pms get you 1 point each. This will show your active skills. :0

Rep++ System:

Each person who reps you, you will also get 2 points. This will show me if you are active and can be a moderator.

Thanks Button:

I have added this so people can thank the person who helped them by guides or tutorials. This will give my final decision if you should be staff or not .
